What is included in the price?
The price includes photography and/or video based on the chosen package, professional editing of images and videos, delivery of the final material in the agreed format, as well as travel, accommodation, and meals for all team members. Any additional costs will be communicated in advance.
How does the payment work?
The payment is made in two installments: 30% at the time of booking and the remaining 70% by the day of the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer, or credit card.
What are the deadlines for the delivery of images and videos?
The images and videos will be delivered within 12 weeks after the event. We will do our best to ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible, with the quality you expect.
Can I request to add or remove something from the package during the process?
Of course! We can adjust the packages according to your needs. Just let us know in advance to ensure everything is prepared for your event.
Can I have a photo session before or after the wedding?
Yes, we offer pre-wedding or post-wedding photo sessions. This can be a great opportunity to capture more intimate moments or explore different locations. However, this is only available if the full weekend extra is added.
How many photographers or videographers will be present on the day of the event?
The number of professionals depends on the package chosen and the complexity of the event. We can provide additional coverage with more than one photographer or videographer if needed.
Is travel included in the price?
Travel is included within Europe; however, the final cost is subject to confirmation due to market fluctuations.
How can I book the services?
You just need to get in touch directly. Once we confirm the availability of the date, we will send the payment link and the contract to finalize the booking.
What happens if I need to cancel or change the date?
If you need to cancel or change the date, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation and change conditions are specified in the contract. Depending on the timing, there may be a cancellation fee.
Can I choose the music for the wedding video?
Yes, you can suggest music for the video. If you have a specific song in mind, please contact us before the editing to ensure we can use it. Otherwise, we will select the best options to complement the footage.
Can I get the images in high resolution?
Yes, all images will be delivered in high resolution. Additionally, if you need prints or custom albums, we can assist you in ordering these products.
Can we have a meeting before the wedding to discuss the details?
Yes, we offer a pre-wedding meeting to discuss all the details, align expectations, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Can I hire photography or video separately?
Yes, we offer the option to hire photography or video separately, or both together, depending on your preferences, while always maintaining the exclusivity of the chosen service.
